8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Jurisdiction and Laws
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, South Korea.
Primary Jurisdiction: Our headquarters are located at Gangnam-gu, Nonhyeon-ro 212-gil 24, Seoul, South Korea.
Dispute Resolution Process
Users agree to resolve disputes through the following process:
